Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is a long-standing contender when it comes to the best areas to live and explore in Dubai. By day and night, the Marina offers numerous activities and fantastic eateries. One of our favorite features is the Marina Zip Line. Reaching speeds of 80 kms per hour, you’ll screech your way from JBR and finish at Dubai Marina Mall. The modest mall also deserves a shoutout, with its excellent shopping, cinema experience and connection to the well-known Pier 7, home to Mama Zonia, the winner of Time Out 2019 casual dining newcomer award. All this and so much more,

Jumeirah Lakes Towers

Dubai waited and watched, mainly from a traffic jam, while JLT was constructed. Now, it’s a staple among Dubai’s communities. JLT wears its diversity right on its sleeve, attracting families, couples and singles of all different cultures, who enjoy the treasure trove of restaurants. Fat Aunts takes you on a tour of Eastern street food, the local Mcgettigans offers fry ups and Sunday Roasts, and across the lake, Mythos serves up traditional Greek food. Don’t just take our word for it,

Downtown Dubai

Home to the landmark that is the BurjKhalifa, you can expect the best from Downtown and you still won’t be disappointed. Fill your day with shopping in The Dubai Mall, stop off at the Aquarium with the kids and then swing by the Dubai Opera for a show and dinner at the up-and-coming Kizmet, and make sure you don’t miss the Fountain show. Want to see it for yourself?

City Walk

Dubai is never short of swanky establishments, least of all in City Walk. This area is definitely one for individuals who like to have options. If decision making is not your strong suit, you may be in trouble! Cocoa Kitchen is for the chocoholics, with chocolate infused food, or if you have less of a sweet tooth, Eggspectation won’t disappoint. Check out Roxy Cinemas, explore Green Planet or grab dinner in the newly opened La Ville Hotel & Suites. Want to see it in the flesh?
